So Much To Say...
Hello Everyone. Its been over a month since I last posted and so many things have happened. First of all I would like to thank everyone who sent their prayers and condolences concerning my Grandpa Lloyd. It meant alot to me. Also I would like to thank Penny for the beautiful handmade card that I got in the mail, as well as JSI for the lovely card (that I heard Laura made, it was soo pretty).

I finally got some good pictures of my puppy Quincy. She is now 8 pounds and shouldn't get much bigger. She is the best decision I have ever made. I didnt know I could love a dog as much as I love her. She just got spayed and now I am nursing her back to her health. I was worried sick about her the day before the surgery, the day of the surgery, and continue to be days after. I dont know what I would do without her now that she has been a part of my life for almost six months. Everyone in my family absolutely adores her, even though some werent too happy with my decision to get her.

I've been working on another baby album for a friend of my sisters. I have to send it off to Edmonton tomorrow. This time I put in white paper in sizes 3X4 or 4X3 to show where the picture would go. These can either be ripped off and replaced with the picture, or the picture can be adhered right to the sheet. I also have a picture of the albums that I have been using. They are We are Memory Keepers and I used 6X6's. I hate making the same page twice, so even though I could make replicas of my last girl album, I chose to make new pages (which took me much longer, much to my sisters dismay).

I have also been working hard on my scrapbook room and am almost at the point that is "picture worthy". I cant wait for it to be finished so I can easily scrapbook with access to my supplies at my fingertips.Im busy trying to find perfect accents to make the decor of the room. Ive also had to do some painting, order some pictures for frames, and hang curtains. So many things to do when you re-decorate. I will post pictures as soon as I am finished.
Finally the most exciting news, at least for me. I get to attend the JSI spring fling this year. I had been unable to in the past because I was an employee. It was incredibly fun to work during the event, however, it just isnt the same as attending it. My sister from Cold Lake is coming down and we are planning to get alot of scrapbooking done. Im so excited for next weekend. Im sure it will give me just enough inspiration to get alot more pages done once I get back home.
I hope that you continue to check back. I know I havent been the most reliable blogger lately but I do hope to blog more often. I check multiple blogs daily and am always discouraged when they do not have a new post. However, it doesnt stop me from checking. Hehe.
Thanks for listening,
B

Nice to see you back. Your puppy is one of the bright spots in my life also..never thought I would have such a hairy grandchild though. Happy you posted some pictures of her again. Love the baby album too. Looking forward to staying with Gabrielle and Ella while you and Danielle are at the crop.XOXOMom
Hey, great to see you back blogging. Hope you have fun at the crop next weekend! Great pages too!!
First of, you're puppy is so adorable. Secondly, love the new baby album! The page that stood out to me was the top right corner...it's a black page I think, has a little blue heart on the corner. Very nice! And thanks for adding the "photo area"...helps give us more of an idea of the finished project and I really think it would help a "non-scrapbooker, gift-recipient" out as well!!! Very nice job...and glad you're back on here, I've been checking your page daily...as I do the other JSI ladies!
I am SO jealous! I hope you enjoy the spring fling! sigh
I love your puppy...so cute..what kind of puppy is he? Love your albums that you are doing and the pages that you made on the weekend were awesome...you do great work
Awe! What an adorable doggy!
I was tickled pink to look up your blogspot and find pictures of the album that you made for my little girl! It is seriously so fantastic... You have an incredible talent. Thanks for all the work you put into it (and don't worry about it being late... I saw in your post that that was "much to your sister's dismay" :o)...). Thanks again!
